The Mercury Chop House located in the heart of The Historical Sundance Square, is able to partition part of its dining room on any day of the week for your private event. Whether you are looking to host a company luncheon with a presentation or a special birthday dinner, our intimate setting is perfect for any occasion. Our Chef and event coordinator will customize your event to meet all your wishes and surpass your expectations.
The Mercury Chop House is a beautifully restored part of the Old Plaza Hotel. Our dining rooms feature old rustic red brick, high ceilings and a beautiful old style bar. The tables are adorned with the white table cloth, classical fold black napkins and lovely lit candles.
